Registration for the system is free! When you receive a donation, we charge fees, which vary depending on the type of credit card, type of donor, and the page from which the donation was made. For a detailed list of costs[Learn more]

Yes. JGive sends donors an automatic receipt upon making a donation. The receipt will display your charity’s logo along with the name of the campaign during which the donation was made. You can find all receipts in the charity’s personal area.

In a fully supported campaign, an experienced strategic advisor from our JGive PRO department will be assigned to the charity, guiding you from the first steps of the campaign, through preparing a strategic work plan, forging the message, enlisting ambassadors, integrating sponsorships, directing digital efforts, and more. Essentially, the advisors will assist with everything needed for a successful campaign, provide close support and guidance during the campaign days – and also help with planning for the day after the campaign. Working with a dedicated advisor will help you save many unnecessary costs (in most of our fully advised campaigns, the charity spends less than 10% of the total fundraising on campaign expenses) and ensure you get the best ratio between campaign investment and performance.
